1. At least one traveler must be between the ages of twenty-eight (28) and seventy-five (75) and meet a minimum annual income requirement of USD $55,000–$75,000 for single travelers.
2. Vacation days may not be split or used consecutively. All vacation stays included in the package are exchangeable for available destinations under the PMG Travel Services program, subject to specific day and night limitations. Resort and hotel availability is subject to change.
3. Airfare, ground transportation, resort fees, taxes, reservation booking fees, gratuities, incidental charges, and any required security or incidental deposits are the sole responsibility of the traveler unless otherwise expressly stated. Certain booking fees, resort fees, and applicable charges may range from $9.99 to $59.99 per night, depending on the destination, property, length of stay, and resort policies.
4. Airport transportation may be sponsored by certain all-inclusive resorts. While PMG Travel Services may assist with scheduling airport pickup, all transportation during the stay remains the traveler’s responsibility.
5. All bookings, upgrades, modifications, and cancellations must be made through the Reservations Department and may be subject to applicable fees.
6. Valid identification, including but not limited to a driver’s license, passport, and credit card, must be presented upon arrival.
7. Some resorts impose eligibility requirements related to age, income, marital status, or cohabitation status. Travelers are responsible for verifying eligibility prior to booking and must comply with all resort qualification criteria.
8. Any travel certificates offered as promotional incentives are fulfilled by independent third-party providers. PMG Travel Services does not administer, operate, or control these certificates and therefore disclaims any responsibility or liability related to their fulfillment. Access to certificate-based vacations is unlocked only after completion of at least one primary vacation that includes the required sponsored resort presentation. Once this requirement has been satisfied, eligible certificate options may be redeemed subject to the terms, conditions, availability, and verification requirements set by the issuing provider.
9. Domestic (U.S.) destinations include a four (4) day, three (3) night stay. All-inclusive destinations include a five (5) day, four (4) night stay and cover up to two (2) adults and two (2) children. Non-inclusive destinations accommodate up to four (4) travelers with no age restrictions, unless otherwise specified by the participating resort sponsors. Additional nights and/or additional travelers may be added at the customer’s discretion and are available at preferred rates through our resort partners.
10. All travelers are required to attend a mandatory VIP presentation lasting approximately ninety (90) to one hundred twenty (120) minutes at each destination. Failure to attend will result in a no-show penalty.
11. All vacation packages require a minimum of sixty (60) days’ advance booking and ninety (90) days’ advance booking for major holidays. Peak season fees may apply.
12. Reservations may be changed or canceled with a minimum of twenty-one (21) days’ notice prior to check-in without penalty. Upgrades and add-ons will be retained as credit for future use.
13. Changes to reservations, including dates, itineraries, or traveler count, may require issuance of a new contract.
14. The purchase of a vacation certificate places all assignees on notice of the consumer’s right to cancel pursuant to Florida Statute § 559.933. All purchases are non-refundable; however, a thirty (30) day warranty period from the date of purchase applies in accordance with Florida law.
15. The Purchaser acknowledges that no representations have been relied upon other than those expressly stated in this agreement.
16. Any inaccurate or false information provided by the Customer for qualification purposes will result in forfeiture of the travel package and liability for the full retail cost of the resort stay.
17. By executing this agreement, the Customer consents to receive electronic, text, and telephone communications from PMG Travel Services. Opt-out requests may be submitted via email or by calling us.
